Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2015

Anthony Vaccarello, Belgian Desinger showed his very own spring/summer collection at Paris Fashion Week. Nautical, sexy, short asymmetric skirts, flashy. Stripes, outerwear in tomboy style and graphic lettering – a mind-blowing first collection and we are looking forward to the next season.

Valentino Spring 2015

The Spring 2015 Collection of Valentino is inspired by the Grand Tour – a bygone passage for young men to travel and experience culture in France and Italy. Pop art influence meets last season transformation and shows dresses with prints and pastel colors, layers, shapes, details. Bohemian vibes and sheers fabrics add delicateness to this collection as well as gladiator sandals.

Talulah MBFW SS 14/15

One of my fav Australian labels is TALULAH!

What I love about this label is that they make you feel great as model and as person. They really want to showcase the female body and they emphasize that it is important to them, that the models look good and healthy in their clothes. To me that is what fashion is about – making you feel comfortable in your skin and showing it.

TALULAH showed the new Swim&Resort Crystal Tropics collection – a collection with colourful prints, tropical prints and elegant shapes, perfect for beach babes who want to look stunning in vibrant colors, prints and not go without quality.

The new Crystal Tropics collection is a mix of bohemian lifestyle with prints and color, exotic and fun, but still soft and feminine.

I love it! And I would wear every piece of it!

I love following styles from the Swim&Resort Collection Spring 2014 (which you could also see in the fashion show):

Shona Joy

I did not tell you yet, but I lived in Austrlia, Sydney, for a year and what lasts ever since is my love for aussie labels.

Fashion in Australia is something young, fresh, unique and fun. I love how some labels are minimalistic but with bright colors and how some of them mix prints and use pastel colors.

One label I really like and love wearing is Shona Joy.

Here are some of my favorite looks from last and current season:

Zara Spring/Summer 2014

I just came across the new spring/summer campaign of Zara, and I am in looove with the prints and pastel shades they are showing.

I am quite sure that we will see more of these prints and pastel shades this spring/summer.

What do you think?

Since I am in Cape Town now, I will look out for some trends that I spot here and show you what I found.

Tomorrow I have my first two appointments with two agencies here and of course afterwards it is shoooooping time – yay!
