For the final day of New York Fashion Week Ralph Lauren presented his latest collection “romantic safari”. Khaki casualness paired with bright colors as yellow, red or pink. Evening wear with wide maxi dresses and statement necklaces, embellishment. Its time to explore with romantic safari looks, safari jackets, silk and glamour.
I love delicate and sweet bracelets and necklaces and therefore I love Orelia.
I saw Orelia first time shopping at Forever New in Sydney and I was really sad that they are nowhere to be found in Germany.
Asos introduced the brand into its online shop and there was my chance to get more Orelia.
I love the bohemian inspired style, yet classy with a hint of surfer girl.
These are actually some of my fav pieces. I will show you more Orelia in an upcoming photoshoot. I hope you can be patient.
While waiting for my pictures shop some Orelia at:
I am wearing a lot of jewellery when I am doing photoshoots and when I am modelling. Usually when I dress up myself I tend to forget that I could add a necklace, earrings or rings to my outfits. Doing styling I always think of these details, its kind of funny that I am split when it comes to going out as a stylist or just as a model.
Anyways I came across the incredible designs of Lizzie Fortunato and I am in loooove. I can’t even make up my mind which design I love more but I am stunned by the amazing craftsmanship of their jewellery.
So this is just a selection of the pieces that I want for myself.
The brand is an NYC based label designed by Lizzie Fortunato and operated by her twin sister Kathryn.
Shop yourself happy with the incredible designs:
Before I leave Cape Town, here is another outfit, I love this Asos dress, thank you Jenn Werner for borrowing it to me for this styling.
So I wanted to add a statement necklace and some ankle boots. This outfit is really playful and good for fall or spring, for going out or for a shopping tour in the city. If you want to wear it for a party, just add a clutch, like I did.
Dress by Asos, Shoes Zara, Necklace Sportsgir, Bag Zara
As easy as that. Thank you Miri for taking the pictures.
You cannot believe how happy I was to find out that Forever New is also in Cape Town. I came across this store when I was in Sydney, Australia looong time ago and I fell in love with their amazing dresses and designs. The fabrics are of high quality and the designs are playful, elegant, chic but also modern. The maxi dresses are always a breathtaker and most of their dresses are embellished by studs or swarowsky stones. I was really sad not to find anything that compares to Forever New in Germany and I am even now more happy to find this shop in Cape Town.
Have a look at the stuff I bought yesterday there. I am in love and I cannot wait to wear these pieces.

Wow wow wow
today was shooting day, with me and three guys (lucky me): Marvin Hagemeister, Tommy Andrich and Jan Haas and not to forget amazing jewellery from Jasmina Jovy, Halo&Co and Barbarela. I am in looove with all of their pieces and I felt really expensive I have to say. Incredible designs as you can see here:
The story of this editorial was kind of an alien, stranded somewhere on earth or venus or mars. Make up was all focussed on the nails and wigs and of course the designs I was wearing. It was great to see myself with short hair, since I am thinking of getting a longbob haircut in March. What do you think?
The pictures will be amazing and be shown at Paris and London fashion week. Great work, lots of sweets and even more fun with you guys. We also did a making of/behind the scenes video, which I will show you when I am back from Cape Town.
Now I am on my way to Cape Town but I had to share these impressions with you.
